These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including business coaching, masterclasses, and related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>1. Business Information<\/strong><\/h4>\nProject Hamba (\u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) provides business coaching and related digital services, tailored to address business pain points and support growth. Our services are offered primarily online and virtually within South Africa.\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>2. Services Offered<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Business Coaching<\/strong> through three models designed to meet specific business needs.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Masterclasses<\/strong> delivered as recorded video content.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Social Media Support<\/strong> for online presence.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>A Community<\/strong> for business growth, support, and learning.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Quizzes and Funnels<\/strong> to assess and track business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>3. Use of Services<\/strong><\/h4>\nYou agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging with our services (including quizzes, coaching sessions, or sign-ups). You may not misuse our services for unlawful or prohibited purposes.\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>4. Payments<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n \t<li>All payments for ongoing services or subscriptions are <strong>due on the first (1st) day of each month<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n \t<li>Payments must be made using the approved payment methods provided on our platform.<\/li>\n \t<li>Failure to make payment by the due date may result in <strong>temporary suspension or termination of services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t<li>Continued failure to make payment may result in the <strong>termination of the agreement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>5. Payment and Deposits<\/strong><\/h4>\nDeposits may be required for specific paid services, including but not limited to social media support and business coaching.\n<ul>\n \t<li>Deposits are <strong>non-refundable once work on the agreed service has commenced<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t<li>For coaching services, deposits may be refunded <strong>only if cancellation occurs before the commencement of services<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t<li>No deposits are required for complimentary services, including free masterclasses, community access, 15-minute consultation calls, and business status discovery documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>6. Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\nWe offer both complimentary and paid services. The following terms apply:\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Complimentary Services:<\/strong> Free masterclasses, community access, 15-minute consultation calls, and business status discovery documentation are provided at no cost and are <strong>not eligible for refunds<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Paid Subscriptions:<\/strong> Customers who subscribe to access additional masterclasses or tailored coaching may request a refund <strong>within seven (7) days of purchase<\/strong>, provided that no coaching or other paid service has commenced.<\/li>\n \t<li>Once coaching, social media support, or any other paid service has begun, <strong>no refunds will be issued<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t<li>Refunds are <strong>not applicable<\/strong> to complimentary services, promotions, or special offers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>7. Cancellations<\/strong><\/h4>\nClients may cancel services by providing written notice. Refund eligibility will be subject to the conditions outlined in Section 6.\n\nA one-month notice is needed for all service cancellations. Written notice must be provided for cancellation of the following month.\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>8. Custom Orders and Special Services<\/strong><\/h4>\nWhere services are tailored to your specific business needs, deposits are required. Custom services may be subject to additional policies, which will be communicated before payment.\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>9. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h4>\nAll content, including recorded masterclasses, coaching materials, videos, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of Project Hamba. You may not copy, share, or resell our materials without prior written consent.\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>10. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h4>\nProject Hamba provides business coaching and digital services for educational and developmental purposes only. We are not responsible for how you apply our coaching, nor do we guarantee specific business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.\n<h4 style=\"color: #04444e;\"><strong>11. Privacy and Data Protection<\/strong><\/h4>\nWe collect and process personal information in line with South Africa\u2019s <strong>POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)<\/strong>.
